What Is the Move & Thrive Kids Program?
Rather than focusing on just one sport, children explore a different sport every 4 weeks. Soccer, Basketball, Cricket, AFL, Rugby, and more. This multi-sport approach helps children develop fundamental movement skills and physical literacy; the essential building blocks for confident movement, sport participation, coordination, and lifelong health.
Children experience a new sport each block, keeping sessions fresh, exciting, and motivating. Each program block runs for 4 weeks before rotating to the next sport.
What Children Will Develop
Every session is purposefully designed around building foundational movement skills and personal qualities that set children up for a lifetime of confident, healthy living.
Benefits Beyond Sport
Regular movement and physical activity supports children’s development across every area of life, not just fitness.
How It Works
Simple, fun, and structured. Every 4-week block gives children a complete sport experience.
