This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to the following purchases: online purchases through www.quickresultstraining.com
1. General
- 1.1. This Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for cancelling or rescheduling live classes and the associated charges.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Live Classes
- 2.1. Participants must provide a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a registered live class.
- 2.2. Participants will be charged at the nominal user rate if they have not provided a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a registered live class.
- 2.3. If a participant does not show up for a registered live class, it will be considered a “no-show” and the participant will be charged at the nominal user rate.
- 2.4. If a participant needs to cancel or reschedule a registered live class due to an unforeseen emergency or family illness, it will not be considered a late cancel or no-show, but the client must provide documentation of the emergency or illness (e.g. a medical certificate).
3. Charges for Late Cancel and No-Show
- 3.1. Charges for late cancel or no-show sessions will be applied in accordance with the nominal user rate.
4. Exceptions
- 4.1. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Participants providing valid documentation for an emergency or illness will be offered a refund or replacement live class.
