An absolutely incredible workshop – practical, concise, highly valuable. Jayne and Ross held a Well Being and Stress Management workshop at our business Wolf of the Willows Brewing for 14 of our staff. These staff varied from brewers who work in a high risk environment right through to front of house staff in our taproom who deal with challenging customers on a regular basis. It was customised for our workforce and managed to provide benefit for all involved, both withing the workplace but also personally. For our incredible team, this was a great experience, which all made point of thanking Jayne and Ross, and myself and my business partner organising. For me personally , it was a great insight into some practical techniques that I can apply quickly and easily when needed. Ross and Jayne’s stress management and breathwork workshop was truly transformative for our team. Their expertise and guidance helped us learn invaluable techniques to manage stress effectively. Ross’s personal journey of recovery from mental illness served as a deeply inspiring narrative, adding a powerful layer of authenticity to the session. Highly recommend! 10/10.

In conjunction with the Queensland Mental Health week, we have booked a Workshop around Mental Health and Wellness for our Employees at Protest Engineering. The workshop was a fantastic experience. It was both informative and engaging. They covered techniques for improving mental health, including mindfulness practices and stress-reductions techniques such as breath work. The participants were involved in fun activities and simple exercises, which can be implemented in our daily schedules.
