30 Minute Functional Strength Class designed for all levels of fitness. This workout is designed to help you build strength with the use of
dumbbells (e.g. cans of beans, vegetables, soups etc.). If you don't have equipment, you can still complete this routine. Throughout this class,
Ross will guide you with verbal cues, offer exercise modification alternatives, correct technique and provide support and encouragement.
FAT BURNER
30 Minute Functional Bodyweight (Calisthenics) Class designed for all levels of fitness. This workout is designed to help you burn fat, tone
muscles, build strength, and improve overall fitness. Throughout this class, Ross will guide you with verbal cues, offer exercise modification
alternatives, correct technique and provide support and encouragement.

burn fat, tone muscles, build strength, and improve overall fitness. As Ross will be conducting these sessions outdoors for in-person
participants, he won't be able to provide feedback on exercise technique for online participants.
