The Transformative Kick-Start
In Week 1, you’ll receive tailored guidance from our experts which includes a 30-min Goal Setting Consultation with Ross, Your Personal Trainer & a 30-min Consultation with Pam, Your Nutrition Guru. This week is all about focusing on your technique for lifelong success. The initial step may seem daunting but know you’re in good hands with Ross and Pam (with 25 years’ experience between them and extremely approachable). Break the cycle – leave your comfort zone and embrace the transformation!
Mastering Technique & Nutrition
In Week 2, you can attend a mid-week Q&A with our nutritionist/ naturopath, Pam. This is your chance to ask any questions or address any concerns related to what you are eating and how you are feeling. We encourage you to continue mastering your technique and train at about 50-60% intensity, which will allow your body to condition to QRT’s style of training. This will empower you with confidence and skills, and you’ll be on your way to becoming a stronger and healthier version of yourself.
Energize Your Transformation
As Week 3 unfolds, your body begins to embrace the rhythm of QRT’s exercise movements. We encourage you to increase your intensity to 60-70%. This is where the real transformation takes place, as you’ll experience an energy surge and a delightful rush of dopamine after each session.
Boost Your Intensity & Nutrition Knowledge
During Week 4, you’ll have your second personal consultation with your nutritionist/ naturopath, Pam. Discuss your progress and feeling state, address any dietary questions, and fine-tune your eating plan for even better results. As your technique continues to advance, you’ll find that you’re growing stronger, fitter, and more self-assured. We recommend increasing your intensity to 70-80%.
Elevate Your Challenge
Get ready for an exclusive mid-week Q&A session with our expert trainer, Ross. Bring your fitness questions and get personalized insights to fine-tune your journey. As you’ve progressed, it’s time to kick things into high gear. We’re turning up the intensity to 80-100%. Challenge your limits, and revel in the strength and confidence you’re building.

Discuss your progress, share your achievements, and gain valuable insights to carry forward into your ongoing fitness adventure in your final consultation with your personal trainer, Ross. Week 6 isn’t just an ending; it’s a new beginning. Celebrate your transformation and success in building lifelong habits!
